Neither Greenfuel nor any other party involved in creating, producing or delivering the Site is liable for any direct, incidental, consequential, indirect or punitive damages arising out of your access to, or use of, the Site. This includes damages to, or for viruses that may infect, your computer equipment. Without limiting the foregoing, everything on the Site is provided to you AS IS without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
- We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order. We do not share this information with third parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order. The information provided by you in the "Get a Quote" and "Get an LPG Conversion Quote" forms will be automatically forwarded to your nearest installer who will be selected by your post code. Forwarding your enquiry to your local installer ensures you get a quotation from your nearest BRC LPG conversion specialist. It is recommended that your conversion is supplied by your closest BRC LPG conversion company, as all BRC(GB) warranties supplied are back to base. You can view your local installer's details on the Find Your Nearest Installer page by entering your post code and clicking on the company profile. The installer will recieve your contact details and vehicle details to enable them to provide you with an accurate quotation. By submitting a Quotation Form you are accepting the terms of use of www.greenfuel.org.uk. The Green Fuel Company reserve the right to alter our Privacy Policy without notice, and as such it is your responsibility to check this page regularly. The information provided by you in the "Contact Us" form will be submitted to customer.services@brcgb.co.uk, who reserve the right to deal with enquiries as they see fit, and if, at the discretion of our customer service team, it is deemed most beneficial to your enquiry to be forwarded to your nearest company, our customer service team will do so. This situation will apply, for example, if you enquire regarding servicing centres or costs. By submitting the Contact Us form you are agreeing to the terms of use set out in our Privacy Policy. We use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our website and to share with advertisers. For example, we may tell an advertiser that X number of individuals visited a certain area on our website, or that Y number of men and Z number of women filled out our registration form, but would not disclose anything that could be used to identify those individuals. Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.
